Service Description
'Man Down!' - Had an injury to a nail, whether it's a chip or bash or lost one, book in for repair. Repairs are free within 48 hrs but even if you're outwith that, still come in and get fixed to keep your set looking fresh! This booking is for one nail, book multiples if more than one repair is required.
Cancellation Policy
Studio Policy: 🐾 Please note: My dog is my studio assistant and is always present during appointments. He’s very friendly! Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so I can offer your slot to another client. More than 48 hours’ notice: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once to a new appointment within 30 days. Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged (your deposit will go toward this). Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The full treatment cost will be charged. Deposits: A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the total on the day of your treatment. By paying the deposit, you agree that it is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if you decide not to attend, change your mind, or your availability changes. The deposit helps cover booking fees, admin time, and loss of income caused by cancellations or reschedules. Please only book if you’re sure you can attend.
